British Columbia native Michael Bublé's the rioters is that NHL Stanley Cup finals on June 15 following the end of Vancouver is speaking out against assault.

Bruins hockey team angry fans took to the streets following the loss, now, Bublé with a newspaper advertising campaign is calling for justice.

"The actions of those in the crowd following the Stanley Cup Final have left all Vancouverites collectively hanging our heads in shame and embarrassment," Bublé writes in an ad that will appear in the Vancouver Province and Vancouver Sun this weekend.

He adds, "If you are wondering how you can help to win back our reputation and show how much we care, I encourage you to contact the Vancouver Police Department if you have any information that will assist them in their efforts to bring those involved to justice. We will not let the actions of a few define us to the world".
